The other day I had my flooring delivered but unfortunately the builders were not there to receive it and I was unavailable to contact as I was travelling on business. I apologise for that but wanted to thank the customer service rep from Ambience and the delivery driver for their patience and politeness while my wife was sorting out a solution. Whilst this I am sure caused great frustration by the driver, I would like to thank all involved in ensuring that in the end it was delivered. This was an excellent service. Many thanks. Kelwyn Y |
